![]() ![]() Under, I am able to direct Lightroom Desktop as to whether / and where to store local copies of photos. ![]() I'm using windows lightroom desktop (creative cloud). ![]() When you then restart Lightroom, it will download a new copy of the library from the cloud and recreate the image previews. You can recreate it if you are sure all your images are synced to the cloud by deleting your local copy of your Lightroom Library. I am guessing your preview database is corrupt. ![]() Do the thumbnails look like the darker versions or like the zoomed in versions? What do the images look like if you use a browser and point it at Log on with your creatuve cloud account. My guess is that you are already doing this so probably that's not the issue. Solution is to calibrate using a display calibrator. These profiles installed by monitor drivers are often corrupt. Also, how are you calibrating these screens? There are common issues with icc profiles installed by drivers for displays in windows that can lead to behavior you are seeing. You won’t be able to reinstall them on this Mac using the Creative Cloud installer, because of the version availability that others have covered: Adobe provides installation for only the last two major versions, Lightroom Classic 12 and 11, and together they support only the last four major versions of macOS, which are currently macOS 10.15, 11, 12, and 13.I actually meant the driver for your graphics card. You should maintain the Mac properly (maintenance, backups) to keep it reliable, so that it doesn’t end up in a situation where you ever have to reinstall Lightroom Classic 10 or any other now unsupported Creative Cloud apps. I think all you have to do is sign out of your enterprise subscription (any installed Creative Cloud apps stop working at that point), then sign in with your new subscription (so those Creative Cloud apps start working again). I think it would work like this: You won’t be forced to uninstall Lightroom Classic 10 and don’t have to change anything about your configuration. If you want to keep using it with the new subscription, you should keep that Lightroom Classic 10 on your Mac and not delete it as long as you use this Mac. ![]()
